DuckTales: Remastered is a rebuilt version of the classic platform game starring Scrooge McDuck. The adventure sends Scrooge around the world in search of legendary treasures while characters such as Launchpad McQuack, Webby, Gyro, Magica De Spell, and the Beagle Boys appear throughout the journey.
The remaster retains the basic stage structure of the original while introducing hand-drawn animation, expanded story scenes, voice acting, updated music, and revised boss encounters. Locations include the Amazon, Transylvania, African mines, the Himalayas, and even the Moon.
How the Gameplay Works
Scrooge uses his cane as both a weapon and a pogo stick. Pogo jumping allows him to bounce on enemies, cross dangerous surfaces, break objects, and reach higher platforms.
Levels can be completed in different orders and contain treasure, hidden areas, and objectives connected to the larger hunt. Money collected during stages contributes to Scrooge’s fortune and can unlock additional gallery content.
