Empire Earth 2: Gold Edition is a large-scale real-time strategy game that lets players guide a civilization across thousands of years of human development. Beginning with primitive technology and eventually reaching advanced modern and futuristic warfare, the game combines economic management, technological progress, diplomacy, territorial expansion, and military conquest. Different civilizations receive their own bonuses, encouraging players to adjust their strategy depending on the nation they control.
The Gold Edition combines the main game with additional expansion content, adding more civilizations, units, campaigns, and strategic possibilities.
