Garrison: Archangel is an arena fighting game centered on customizable combat mechs known as Archangels. Inspired by anime-style robot battles, it lets players build machines from interchangeable parts and weapons before taking them into duels, team fights, survival battles, and other combat scenarios.
Customization affects more than appearance because different weapons provide distinct attack ranges and combat roles. Missions also place players in the role of a mercenary pilot who can interact with factions while earning money, fame, parts, and cosmetic rewards.
How the Gameplay Works
Players directly pilot their mech in fast arena battles using melee weapons, guns, rockets, mobility systems, and other equipment. Loadouts determine whether an Archangel specializes in close-range aggression, ranged pressure, or a balanced combination.
Mission, Arcade, Survival, and Horde modes provide battles against AI, while custom matches support adjustable rules and teams. Local split-screen allows several players to compete together, with Remote Play offering another way to share those matches online.
