About This Game:
Haven is a story-driven role-playing adventure centered on Yu and Kay, a couple who escape to an isolated planet so they can remain together. Their new home is beautiful but dangerous, forcing them to explore unfamiliar landscapes, repair their damaged ship, gather resources, and confront creatures affected by a mysterious substance known as Rust.
The relationship between the two protagonists is central to the experience. Conversations, shared meals, exploration, and everyday moments develop alongside the larger science-fiction story, giving the game a more personal focus than a traditional combat-heavy RPG.
How the Gameplay Works
Yu and Kay travel across floating regions by gliding over energy flows, collecting materials and cleaning Rust from the environment. Back at their ship, gathered ingredients can be turned into meals, medicine, and other useful resources while conversations advance their relationship and story.
Combat controls both characters simultaneously, with each protagonist having separate actions that can be combined or timed together. The game can be played alone or cooperatively, with a second player taking control of one member of the couple.
