My Café Manager Simulator is a hands-on business simulation where players transform a small corner shop into a much larger café. The work begins with basic deliveries, stocked shelves, and a checkout counter before gradually expanding into new products, coffee equipment, employees, promotions, decorations, and additional customer areas.
The café can be customized both as a business and as a physical space. Floors, walls, counters, refrigerators, coffee machines, shelves, tables, lighting, decorative plants, and outdoor furnishings can all be arranged to create a different layout while the product selection grows alongside the store.
How the Gameplay Works
Players receive deliveries and use a trolley to move products into the café before placing them onto shelves. Customers have different preferences, making product selection important when deciding which items deserve limited display space. At the checkout, payments must be handled efficiently to prevent lines from becoming too long.
Profits can be used to purchase licenses, equipment, and additional stock. Promotions can increase demand for selected products, while hired workers eventually help handle the growing workload. Expanding the building and outdoor areas provides room for additional shelves, tables, coffee equipment, and decorations as the original corner store becomes a busy café.
