HunterX is a side-scrolling action metroidvania built around fast melee combat, exploration, and boss battles. Players control a hunter moving through a dark world filled with demons, monsters, and hidden paths.
The game draws from Soulslike ideas with dodge timing, stamina-like resource management, and dangerous bosses, but presents them through a 2D action format.
How the Gameplay Works
Players attack with melee weapons, dodge, parry or guard, use special abilities, and explore interconnected areas. New movement or combat abilities open routes that were previously inaccessible.
