King’s Bounty: Warriors of the North is a fantasy strategy RPG centered on Olaf, a young Viking warrior fighting an undead invasion. His journey moves through northern islands and other regions populated by Vikings, dwarves, elves, demons, and numerous fantasy creatures.
How the Gameplay Works
Players move across an adventure map, recruit armies, complete quests, gather equipment, and enter turn-based battles fought on hexagonal grids. Olaf supports his troops with spells and class abilities while Valkyrie companions provide additional powers and bonuses. Army composition and positioning become increasingly important against stronger enemies.
