About This Game:
Knights and Bikes is a hand-painted action adventure about two children, Demelza and Nessa, exploring the fictional British island of Penfurzy during the 1980s. What begins as a search for adventure develops into a treasure hunt filled with local legends, strange dangers, imaginative battles, and the difficulties facing the island’s community.
The story can be played alone or cooperatively, with both girls using different abilities during combat and puzzle solving. Their bicycles also become an important part of exploration as new upgrades allow them to travel more effectively around the island.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore locations, fight enemies, solve environmental puzzles, collect treasure, and interact with residents. Demelza and Nessa have different tools that can be combined, making cooperation useful when dealing with enemies or obstacles.
Bicycles provide faster travel and can be upgraded as the adventure continues. In solo play the second character is controlled by the game, while cooperative play lets two players work together through the complete story.
