About This Game:
Mortal Kombat 3 is a fast 2D fighting game built around the invasion of Earthrealm by Shao Kahn. The roster mixes returning fighters with new characters and introduces several systems that make matches more aggressive than earlier entries.

Running, preset combo strings, and new finishing techniques give fights a quicker rhythm. Stages are also more interactive, with some uppercuts sending opponents through ceilings into connected arenas.

How the Gameplay Works
Players use punches, kicks, sweeps, uppercuts, throws, special moves, and a dedicated Run mechanic to pressure opponents. Character-specific combo chains can deal significant damage when the correct sequence is entered.

Winning the final round allows Fatalities and other finishing moves to be performed. Arcade ladders provide single-player progression, while local versus matches focus on learning matchups, special-move inputs, and combo timing.
