Project Heartbeat is a rhythm game inspired by Japanese arcade music titles, with note patterns designed around vocals, melodies, and percussion. Players can tackle included tracks as well as a large amount of community-created content.

Notes appear at different positions on the screen instead of following only a fixed highway, creating patterns that can visually match the music. Extensive customization lets players adjust the presentation and control style.

How the Gameplay Works
