About This Game:
RAIDBORN is a first-person fantasy action RPG centered on exploring procedurally generated dungeons, fighting enemies, collecting treasure, and developing a character through skills and equipment. Ruins, crypts, fortresses, and other hostile locations are rebuilt into new layouts, giving repeated dungeon expeditions a different structure.
Combat emphasizes physical interaction and close-range fighting, allowing enemies to be staggered, kicked into hazards, or attacked with a variety of melee and ranged weapons. Loot provides a steady reason to search optional rooms before leaving a dungeon.
How the Gameplay Works
Players attack with swords, axes, maces, bows, shields, and other equipment from a first-person perspective. Blocking, dodging, charged attacks, and kicks provide several ways to handle opponents, while environmental traps can sometimes be turned against them.
Exploration reveals chests, keys, hidden passages, valuable items, and equipment with different statistics. Experience and skill progression improve combat or utility abilities. Quests provide objectives that send the player into increasingly dangerous procedural locations in search of stronger rewards.
