About This Game:
Slyders is a first-person survivor-like roguelite starring Aryx, a fox freedom fighter who enters battle while riding a supersonic combat turtle. The unusual setup is used for extremely fast encounters where enormous enemy groups fill the battlefield and the player’s build becomes increasingly excessive as a run develops.

Rather than using the usual top-down survivor-like perspective, Slyders puts the action directly in first person. Shooting, movement, and upgrade selection therefore combine the constant escalation of the genre with the immediacy of an FPS.

How the Gameplay Works
Players move continuously through battlefields while firing into waves of enemies and avoiding incoming attacks. Defeated opponents contribute toward progression that provides new upgrades and increasingly powerful combinations.

A run becomes more chaotic as weapons and effects begin interacting with one another. Surviving longer requires balancing damage output with movement and selecting upgrades that create a build capable of handling increasingly dense hordes.
