About This Game:
Spider-Man: Friend or Foe is a cooperative action game where Spider-Man unexpectedly teams up with heroes and former enemies after mysterious creatures begin attacking around the world. Characters such as Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, Venom, and others can eventually become allies after being freed from mind control.
The story takes Spider-Man across several international locations while focusing on accessible combat and character swapping rather than open-world exploration. Each partner brings unique attacks that can complement Spider-Man’s web abilities.
How the Gameplay Works
Players move through linear stages while punching, kicking, launching enemies, and using web attacks. A partner accompanies Spider-Man and can be switched or controlled by a second local player.
Defeating controlled villains adds them to the playable roster. Characters can be upgraded between stages, improving attacks and special abilities before confronting larger enemy groups and bosses.
