About This Game:
Stronghold: Warlords takes the castle-building strategy series into historical East Asia, with maps and campaigns inspired by China, Japan, Mongolia, and neighboring regions. Players construct fortified settlements, develop production chains, recruit armies, and fight for control over surrounding territories.
A major addition is the Warlord system. Neutral or hostile warlords occupy smaller territories around the map and can be influenced through diplomacy or defeated militarily. Once controlled, these warlords can provide resources, military assistance, economic advantages, and other useful commands.
How the Gameplay Works
Players begin by building an economy around the main castle. Farms produce food, industries gather materials, workshops manufacture equipment, and housing provides workers. Maintaining enough supplies and keeping the population productive allows the settlement to support increasingly powerful military forces.
Armies include ranged troops, infantry, siege equipment, and units inspired by East Asian warfare. Enemy castles can be attacked directly while warlords provide additional strategic options outside the main settlement. Diplomacy points can be used to gain influence over warlords without always having to capture them by force.

How to Install:
