The Anacrusis is a cooperative first-person shooter set aboard a retro-futuristic starship overrun by aliens. Four players fight through episodes while an AI Director adjusts enemy pressure, item placement, and intensity.
The game follows the broad structure of cooperative horde shooters, with teamwork, movement, and weapon sharing playing a major role.
How the Gameplay Works
Players use firearms, grenades, special weapons, and temporary perks while moving through spaceship environments. Alien swarms can appear suddenly and overwhelm isolated players.
