About This Game:
Ultrawings Flat is the non-VR version of the open-world flight game Ultrawings. Players build an aviation career across a group of islands by purchasing aircraft, unlocking airports, and completing a wide range of flying jobs and skill challenges.
Its aircraft are simplified enough to remain approachable but still require players to understand throttle, pitch, roll, landing, and other basic flight principles. Different planes have distinct handling and are suited to different mission types.
How the Gameplay Works
Players take off from airports and fly between islands or participate in activities such as precision landings, checkpoint races, balloon popping, photography, and other aviation challenges. Completing missions earns money that opens access to more aircraft and locations.
Aircraft cockpits contain functional controls and instruments, while flight performance affects mission ratings. As more of the island chain becomes available, players gain greater freedom to fly between destinations outside individual challenges.
