About This Game:
UnderMine is an action roguelike where a seemingly endless supply of miners descends beneath the surface in search of gold, powerful relics, and answers hidden deep underground. Each expedition moves through randomized rooms filled with enemies, traps, treasure, merchants, secrets, and large bosses.

Death ends the current miner’s journey but does not erase everything. A portion of collected wealth can be carried back into long-term progression, allowing future miners to purchase permanent improvements and gradually push farther into the mine.

How the Gameplay Works
Players attack enemies using a pickaxe that can be swung at close range or thrown as a projectile. Bombs open blocked passages and reveal secrets, while keys unlock doors and chests containing additional resources or valuable relics.

Relics provide effects that can combine into powerful builds during a run. Gold recovered from expeditions can be invested into permanent upgrades in the hub, while rescued characters unlock shops and services that remain available for later miners.
