Vacation Simulator is a virtual reality comedy game from the creators of Job Simulator. After robots attempt to understand what humans once called a vacation, players are sent to simulated Beach, Forest, Mountain, and resort environments filled with exaggerated recreational activities.
Rather than following one tightly scripted storyline, each destination acts as an interactive playground. Characters offer tasks while the environment is packed with objects that can be grabbed, thrown, eaten, photographed, customized, or used in small activities.
How the Gameplay Works
Players use motion controllers to interact directly with objects and complete tasks using natural hand movements. Activities include cooking, swimming-related games, snow activities, gardening, photography, sports, building objects, and helping robot tourists with requests.
Completing activities earns memories that open access to further parts of the vacation. Character customization and numerous optional interactions encourage experimenting with the simulation rather than only completing the required objectives.
