Worms World Party Remastered brings the classic turn-based artillery game to modern displays while preserving its original weapon set, missions, multiplayer battles, and destructible environments. Teams of worms fight across colorful landscapes using everything from conventional firearms to bizarre explosive animals.
The game was originally designed with multiplayer chaos at its center, offering extensive control over weapons, teams, terrain, turn times, and match conditions. The remastered edition retains that structure while improving compatibility and presentation for newer computers.
How the Gameplay Works
Players alternate control of individual worms, moving around the landscape and selecting one action before the turn timer expires. Projectile weapons are affected by wind and gravity, while explosions permanently carve holes in the terrain and can send worms into water.
Weapons range from bazookas and grenades to sheep, air strikes, heavy explosives, and mobility tools such as the Ninja Rope. Single-player missions and training challenges teach many of these systems before players take them into customized multiplayer matches.
