About This Game:
American Arcadia is a cinematic puzzle-platforming adventure set inside a seemingly perfect retro-futuristic city that is secretly a television show. Trevor, an ordinary office worker, discovers that unpopular residents can be removed from the program, while Angela attempts to help him escape from outside the set.
The game alternates between Trevor’s side-scrolling escape and Angela’s first-person hacking sections, giving the story two distinct gameplay perspectives.
How the Gameplay Works
Trevor runs, jumps, hides, solves environmental puzzles, and avoids security forces while moving through the controlled city. Angela uses computers, cameras, access systems, and hacking tools to manipulate the environment from another location.
