Autobahn Police Simulator 3 puts players in the uniform of a German highway police officer returning to duty after recovering from a serious accident. Beginning again as a rookie, the officer must work through everyday traffic duties and increasingly demanding assignments while rebuilding a career within the department.
The open environment extends beyond the motorway into towns, industrial districts, rural roads, and other areas. A progression system gradually provides additional skills, equipment, and vehicles, including options suited to specialized or undercover operations.
How the Gameplay Works
Players patrol roads in police vehicles and respond to incidents as they occur. Assignments can involve traffic stops, accident scenes, car chases, road blockades, and other situations where the player must follow the appropriate police procedure.
Completing duties improves career progress and unlocks more capabilities through the skill system. Players are also free to drive through the wider map between missions, with dynamic traffic creating situations that make each patrol less predictable.
