About This Game:
Battle Planet – Judgement Day is a top-down roguelite shooter where one of the universe’s most wanted criminals escapes from a crashed prisoner transport and begins fighting for survival. Unfortunately, military forces, police units, hostile creatures, and other enemies quickly arrive to prevent the fugitive from getting away.
Battles take place across small spherical planets where attacks can come from every direction. Each run becomes a frantic combination of constant movement, gunfire, explosions, upgrades, and environmental destruction as the player attempts to survive increasingly dangerous enemy waves.
How the Gameplay Works
Players move around entire miniature planets while aiming weapons independently toward approaching enemies. Waves continue arriving as objectives are completed, forcing the character to remain mobile while avoiding gunfire, explosives, and attacks coming from different sides of the planet.
Upgrades found during a run improve weapons and abilities, while different playable criminals support slightly different approaches to combat. Death ends the current attempt, encouraging another run with better knowledge of enemy behavior and available upgrades.
