About This Game:
Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project returns Duke to side-scrolling action while presenting the world with 3D graphics. Villain Mech Morphix has unleashed radioactive GLOPP across New York City, transforming creatures into dangerous mutants and creating another crisis only Duke is arrogant enough to enjoy.
The campaign moves through rooftops, subways, industrial areas, Chinatown, and other parts of Manhattan. Duke’s familiar attitude is accompanied by guns, explosives, jetpacks, and environmental hazards throughout the adventure.
How the Gameplay Works
Movement follows a 2.5D path while players jump, climb, shoot enemies, and search levels for keycards and objectives. Duke can use pistols, shotguns, pipe bombs, and other weapons against mutant creatures and mechanical threats.
Many stages require rescuing captured women before reaching the exit. Jetpack sections and environmental interactions add variety, while boss encounters conclude major sections of the campaign.
