Flower is a peaceful exploration experience where the player guides the wind through natural environments and helps fields of flowers bloom. The game tells its story without conventional dialogue, relying on movement, music, color, and changes in the landscape.
Each stage begins with a flower in an indoor setting before shifting into a dreamlike outdoor space. The environments gradually change in mood as the journey moves from open grasslands toward darker and more industrial areas.
How the Gameplay Works
Players steer a stream of petals through the air, passing close to unopened flowers to make them bloom. Touching groups of flowers can restore color, activate environmental changes, open new paths, or transform nearby structures.
There is no combat, inventory, or traditional fail state. Progress comes from exploring each landscape and following visual cues, while optional hidden flowers reward players who search beyond the most direct route.
