About This Game:
Kill Switch is a third-person military shooter built around one of the early dedicated cover systems in action games. Players control elite soldier Nick Bishop through a series of covert operations involving terrorist groups, military installations, industrial locations, and international conflicts.
The game’s presentation focuses on rapid firefights rather than open exploration. Walls, crates, vehicles, and other objects become important defensive positions, while enemies attempt to pressure Bishop with gunfire and grenades.
How the Gameplay Works
Players move between cover positions and can fire accurately while leaning out or shoot blindly without exposing Bishop completely. Assault rifles, shotguns, sniper rifles, machine guns, and grenades provide options for different ranges.
Levels usually require players to push through groups of armed soldiers while reaching specific objectives. Staying behind cover limits incoming damage, but remaining in one location for too long can allow enemies to flank or use explosives to force movement.
