Machine Tower 2984 is a top-down mechanical fantasy action roguelike set inside an enormous decaying tower maintained by countless robots. Players control Robot 9527 and travel upward through a dangerous mechanical city while attempting to defeat the five powerful machines that control the tower and uncover the truth hidden behind its operation.
The tower has become a deadly labyrinth filled with traps, malfunctioning machinery, hostile robots, and collapsing systems. Different weapons and skills allow combat styles to change significantly between attempts.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore top-down areas while fighting mechanical enemies and avoiding hazards such as floor spikes, explosive robots, and enormous moving machinery. Weapons can be combined with different skills to create a preferred attack pattern.
Progress leads through new areas of the tower and eventually toward its five controlling robots. Exploration can reveal secrets and decisions connected to the tower’s history, while different outcomes provide reasons to return and investigate alternative possibilities.
