About This Game:
PowerSlave Exhumed is a remastered first-person action adventure that combines elements from the console versions of the original PowerSlave. Set around the ancient Egyptian city of Karnak, the game follows a soldier fighting alien forces that have taken control of the region and disturbed powerful supernatural beings.
Unlike a completely linear shooter, its world contains interconnected stages that can be revisited after new abilities are acquired. This structure gradually opens routes, secrets, and areas that could not be reached during earlier visits.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore temples, tombs, ruins, and underground environments while fighting enemies with pistols, machine guns, explosives, magical weapons, and other tools. Keys and artifacts are needed to reach new sections and advance the story.
Special abilities improve movement and survival, including powers that allow access to water, lava, higher platforms, or previously blocked paths. Returning to older levels with these upgrades reveals hidden items and progression routes, while boss fights punctuate major sections of the campaign.
