About This Game:
Project Nomads is a science-fiction action and strategy game set in a shattered world where surviving civilizations live on floating islands. Players travel through the skies aboard their own island while uncovering the history behind the catastrophe and fighting hostile machines and factions.
The player’s island functions as both transportation and a mobile base. Buildings placed on it provide weapons, defensive systems, aircraft, and other capabilities needed to survive increasingly dangerous encounters.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore locations on foot from a third-person perspective, collect artifacts, fight enemies, and activate machinery. Back on the floating island, recovered technology can be used to construct structures that change its offensive and defensive capabilities.
The island travels between locations and takes part in aerial battles against hostile forces. Players may also operate aircraft and other equipment directly, giving the game a mixture of personal action and base-oriented strategy.
