About This Game:
Rage in Peace is a precision platformer about Timmy Malinu, an ordinary insurance worker who learns that he is destined to die that day. His final wish is simply to reach home and pass away peacefully in his pajamas, but the journey is filled with absurdly elaborate lethal traps.
The game deliberately hides many hazards until they are triggered, turning death into part of the learning process. Its somber premise is balanced with bizarre humor and an unexpectedly reflective story about mortality.
How the Gameplay Works
Players run and jump through linear stages while avoiding falling objects, sudden projectiles, collapsing surfaces, and other hazards. Many traps cannot realistically be predicted on the first attempt, so players must remember their location and timing after dying.
Checkpoints prevent most failures from sending the player too far backward. Later sections combine several learned hazards together, requiring quick reactions and accurate platforming to survive.
