About This Game:
SHEEPO is a compact metroidvania platformer about a strange shape-shifting creature sent to an uncharted planet to collect samples of its living species for an intergalactic database. Instead of fighting the local wildlife, Sheepo learns to use the abilities of different creatures to travel farther through the interconnected world.

The adventure focuses strongly on movement and exploration rather than combat. New animal forms provide additional traversal abilities, gradually opening routes that could not be reached during earlier visits to the same areas.

How the Gameplay Works
Players run and jump through interconnected environments while searching for the eggs or samples associated with the planet’s creatures. Defeating or completing encounters involving major species unlocks transformations connected to their abilities.

Animal forms allow Sheepo to perform actions such as climbing, flying, digging, or moving through otherwise inaccessible areas. The world can then be revisited with these abilities to find hidden routes, collectibles, and additional characters.
