About This Game:
There Are No Orcs is an RTS roguelike that combines tile-based construction with armies that fight automatically. Players develop a small battlefield economy by placing buildings that produce either gold or military units before sending an increasingly large force toward the opposing base.
Three factions offer different approaches to warfare: Humans, Demons, and Dwarves. A large selection of commanders further changes each run through active abilities, passive bonuses, and exclusive structures that can reshape an entire strategy.
How the Gameplay Works
Players place buildings on tiles and attempt to take advantage of bonuses created by neighboring structures. Some buildings generate income while others continuously produce troops that automatically move into battle.
The player’s main job is therefore to create an efficient economy and army rather than manually controlling every soldier. Thirty commanders, faction-specific mechanics, unit counters, different terrains, and roguelite variation allow many different army combinations to develop between runs.
