Weird RPG 2 is a third-person action RPG built around parry-heavy combat, monster hunting, unusual equipment, and deliberately strange ideas. Battles take inspiration from precise action games but are designed to be more forgiving, including the absence of a traditional punishment for dying. This allows players to experiment with difficult encounters without losing accumulated progress.
Exploration and loot are major parts of progression.
