About This Game:
Zuma’s Revenge is a fast-paced color-matching puzzle game that expands the classic Zuma formula with new stages, power-ups, hazards, and boss encounters. Players control a stone frog that fires colored balls into a moving chain, with the goal of creating groups of three or more matching colors before the chain reaches the skull at the end of the track. The adventure takes place across a tropical island filled with temples, jungle environments, rivers, and other colorful locations.

While the basic matching system remains familiar, the sequel introduces more varied stage designs that change how the frog can aim and move. Some levels place the frog on sliding platforms or between multiple firing positions, while others introduce unusual track layouts that make certain parts of the chain harder to reach. Special power-ups and boss battles add further variety, giving players more ways to clear difficult groups of balls and progress through increasingly challenging stages.

How the Gameplay Works
Players aim the frog and launch colored balls into a continuously moving chain. Matching at least three balls of the same color removes them, while carefully placed shots can create gaps and trigger additional matches when separated sections reconnect. Clearing balls fills the level’s progress meter, and once the required amount has been reached, no new balls enter the track and the remaining chain must be eliminated before it reaches the endpoint.

Power-ups appear on certain balls and provide temporary advantages when activated, including attacks that destroy multiple balls or make difficult targets easier to hit. Some stages allow the frog to slide horizontally or switch between different positions, changing the available shooting angles. Boss encounters modify the normal puzzle format by requiring players to make matches while also attacking an enemy, creating additional pressure alongside the moving ball chains.
