About This Game:
Rogue Lords is a dark fantasy roguelike where players become the Devil himself and command a group of infamous evil characters. Dracula, Bloody Mary, the Headless Horseman, Baron Samedi, and other disciples travel through a corrupted world while helping their weakened master regain his former power.
The game’s defining idea is that the Devil does not have to obey the normal rules. A special resource allows players to interfere directly with the game interface, altering health values, manipulating probabilities, changing status effects, and gaining advantages that would normally be impossible.
How the Gameplay Works
Players choose three disciples and enter turn-based battles where each character brings different attacks, status effects, and support abilities. Enemies telegraph their intentions, allowing players to decide how to distribute actions before the turn resolves.
Using Devil Essence activates the Diabolic Mode, allowing rules to be manipulated directly. Between battles, players travel across branching routes containing events, upgrades, challenges, and story encounters. Losing all available resources ends the run and sends the Devil back to begin another attempt.
